The Shipments Dashboard gives a real-time count of every order across the fleet, broken down by Ordered, Loaded, In Transit and Delivered. Below the summary, the full shipment table lists order ID, vehicle, customer, load and destination points, and timing details for every entry, with columns that can be shown or hidden to match what a particular team needs to see.
Data can be refreshed on demand or exported to CSV for reporting outside the platform.

Creating a shipment takes minutes, not manual tracking
A new shipment is built around the vehicle carrying it, with order ID, customer, weight, pieces and volume captured against defined loading and destination points. Loading and delivery timing can be set automatically once those points are chosen, rather than estimated by hand.
Delivery rules — maximum delivery time, allowed stops, and maximum stay per stop — are configured per shipment, so expectations are set before the vehicle ever leaves. For teams managing high volumes, the last 50 shipments for a vehicle can be loaded instantly, or an entire batch imported directly from an Excel sheet.
Shipments Report
A complete record of every order
The Shipments Report lays out the full journey of each order: source, destination, vehicle, status, loading start and end, delivery start and end, and total transit time.
When a delivery runs past its allowed window, the report flags it directly, showing exactly how many hours late it was and against what stop and time allowances. This turns a simple order log into a clear record of where delays are actually happening across the fleet.

Reports can be run for a single vehicle or the entire fleet, across any custom date range, with quick shortcuts for common periods.
Two built-in filters make it fast to isolate risk: Not Delivered In a set number of hours surfaces shipments still open past a defined window, and Delivery Exception isolates orders that have already breached their delivery terms. Reports can be generated on demand, exported to Excel, or scheduled for automatic delivery.
